All custom jewelry consultations require you to submit a custom order jewelry request form before your appointment is confirmed. Keep in mind that all pieces are made to order and may take up to an additional 2 weeks. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.

Book Your Appointment:
- Virtual appointments with a Privosa Consultant: A virtual appointment with a Privosa Consultant includes a 30-minute conference call with a designer. Similar to an in-person meeting, we will go over the details of what you're looking for (including but not limited to design, materials, budget, and timeline). This will be followed up with an email that includes imagery and/or video of the piece(s), diamonds, and/or gems you are interested in purchasing.
- In-person appointments at the Privosa showroom: Our showroom is located at 6222 Richmond Avenue, Suite 799, Houston, TX and is appointment-only, walk-ins are not accepted. Your party of 1-2 people will have a Privosa Consultant all to yourselves for the duration of your visit. Here, we will go over the details of what you're looking for (including but not limited to design,materials, budget, and timeline).
