Our story

A family in Houston.

Privosa is a family jewelry business with a showroom in Houston. We make engagement rings, gifts, and the everyday pieces people never take off.

Our standards

Solid, never plated.

Solid 14k gold, and 925 sterling silver on a few pieces. Hallmarked. Never plated, never filled, so it never wears through.

Specified honestly.

Every piece comes with a Certificate of Specification: carat, color, clarity, cut and setting. If IGI graded the stone, we say so and send the report on request. If not, we say that too.

Free, insured shipping.

Signature on delivery, in plain packaging. Most orders arrive within 5 business days. We ship to U.S. addresses.

30 days to change your mind.

Call or email and we collect it from your door, at our cost. Your refund goes to your card within 5 business days of it reaching us. Personalized pieces are looked at case by case.

The right size.

Rings are in U.S. sizes, necklaces by chain length in inches. Not sure? Ask us, and we resize where the piece allows.

Care.

Keep pieces apart, clean them with a soft cloth and warm water, and take them off to swim. We re-polish ours on request.
