Virtual appointments with a Privosa Consultant: A virtual appointment with a Privosa Consultant includes a 30-minute conference call with a designer. Similar to an in-person meeting, we will go over the details of what you're looking for (including but not limited to design, materials, budget, and timeline). This will be followed up with an email that includes imagery and/or video of the piece(s), diamonds, and/or gems you are interested in purchasing.
In-person appointments at the Privosa showroom: Our showroom is located at 6222 Richmond Ave. Suite 799, Houston, TX and is appointment-only, walk-ins are not accepted. Your party of 1-2 people will have a Privosa Consultant all to yourselves for the duration of your visit. Here, we will go over the details of what you're looking for (including but not limited to design, materials, budget, and timeline).

The Consultation
We begin by getting to know our customers on a personal level. We'll learn about your preferences regarding gemstones, metal types, and design styles, all so we can bring your dream ring to life. Once we have a clear vision, we'll get designing!
Exploring Ring Designs
It's time to delve into your ring design details! You can view our existing rings in person, online, or via a virtual appointment. Once your stone and setting details are decided, we will start sourcing your unique natural or lab grown diamonds!
Create and Refine Design
It's time for the tiny details! We've found your dream stone, and now our dedicated CAD designer is ready to create a 3D rendered image of your ring. We can fine tune the design, adding details, and changing your claw style until it's perfect!
The Build Process
You love the design, we love the design, so it's time we get busy creating! Your stunning ring is cast, hand set, and finished by us. We'll check everything is perfect, and add any personalization. And then your ring is on its way to you!
