Solid 14k gold. Never plated, never filled.
Every Privosa piece is solid 14-karat gold — white, yellow, or rose — and hallmarked accordingly. We do not sell gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry. Solid gold does not wear away, does not turn, and holds its value.
White gold is rhodium-finished for a bright, cool tone; yellow and rose are natural alloys. Each metal is chosen so the diamond it holds reads true.
Specified honestly — graded on request.
Every piece ships with a Certificate of Specification listing the diamond's carat, color, clarity, cut and setting. Where a stone has been independently graded by IGI, we say so and the report is available on request.
Where it has not, we say that too — “specified, not independently graded.” We never imply a certificate that doesn't exist. Honesty is the standard.
Insured, signature-required, from a US vault.
Shipping is complimentary on every order and fully insured in transit. Each parcel requires a signature on delivery. Pieces are fulfilled and dispatched from secured United States warehouses, typically within one to two business days.
Most orders arrive within five business days of being placed.
We ship to United States addresses only.
Thirty days, and we collect it.
If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, in its original, unworn condition.
You don't need to pack it off to a depot or pay for postage. Email hello@privosa.com or call (281) 515-8180 and we'll arrange a collection from your door — insured, at our cost. Once the piece is back with us, your refund goes to the original card within five business days.
Personalized pieces — engraved or initial — are reviewed case by case.
A quiet word on fit.
Necklaces are listed by chain length in inches; rings by US size. Unsure of a size? Write to the concierge and we'll guide you — and resize where possible.
Keep it brilliant.
Store each piece separately, away from moisture and contact that could scratch. Clean gently with a soft cloth and warm water. Remove jewelry before swimming or applying lotion. We re-polish Privosa pieces on request.

Are the diamonds real? Yes — natural mined and lab-grown, both genuine diamonds, specified by the 4Cs.
Is it really solid gold? Yes, solid 14k, hallmarked — never plated.
