Solid metal throughout. Never plated, never filled.
Almost every Privosa piece is solid 14-karat gold, in white or yellow, and hallmarked accordingly. Our tennis necklace is also offered in 925 sterling silver, which is solid in exactly the same sense. We do not sell gold-plated or gold-filled jewelry. Solid metal does not wear away at the edges the way a plated surface does.
White gold is rhodium-finished for a bright, cool tone; yellow gold is a natural alloy; sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. Each metal is chosen so the diamond it holds reads true.
Specified honestly — graded on request.
Every piece ships with a Certificate of Specification listing the diamond's carat, color, clarity, cut and setting. Where a stone has been independently graded by IGI, we say so and the report is available on request.
Where it has not, we say that too — “specified, not independently graded.” We never imply a certificate that doesn't exist. Honesty is the standard.
Insured, signature-required, from a U.S. vault.
Shipping is complimentary on every order and fully insured in transit. Each parcel requires a signature on delivery. Pieces are fulfilled and dispatched from secured U.S. warehouses, typically within one to two business days.
Most orders arrive within 5 business days of being placed.
We ship to U.S. addresses only.
30 days, and we collect it.
If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, in its original, unworn condition.
You don't need to pack it off to a depot or pay for postage. Email hello@privosa.com or call (281) 515-8180 and we'll arrange a collection from your door — insured, at our cost. Once the piece is back with us, your refund goes to the original card within 5 business days.
Personalized pieces — engraved or initial — are reviewed case by case.
A quiet word on fit.
Necklaces are listed by chain length in inches; rings by U.S. size. Unsure of a size? Write to the concierge and we'll guide you — and resize where possible.
Keep it brilliant.
Store each piece separately, away from moisture and contact that could scratch. Clean gently with a soft cloth and warm water. Remove jewelry before swimming or applying lotion. We re-polish Privosa pieces on request.

Are the diamonds real? Yes — natural mined and lab-grown, both genuine diamonds, specified by the 4Cs.
Is it really solid? Yes — solid 14k gold, or solid 925 sterling silver on the pieces offered in it. Hallmarked, never plated.
Who fulfills my order? Pieces are dispatched insured from our U.S. fulfillment warehouses.
